I have been trying unsuccessfully to get in touch with you since Monday this week. Naturally you are very busy person, and if you are having more clients like me and my wife I can perfectly understand that.  It took a lot of work to dispatch our kind away.

I would like to point out that without your efforts and work our sudden and unplanned departure would be a lot more complicated (not to mention expensive!). Our times and connecting flights  were beautifully tidied up and worked  without a hiccup. We even had unplanned overnight stay in Hong Kong! (due 4hr delay from Cairns)

I have flown many times and I have a lot of travel agents up my sleeve.  I can ensure you that in every aspect you have done a magnificent job in this difficult time for us (especially my wife) with highest degree of professionalism, dedication and understanding I have ever encounter.  Both of us are very indebted for your efforts, and if you think that I will ever use anything else but BLT for my travel arrangements you are wrong. It is more than a pleasure to be served by you. Thank you.

We have been back home for one week and now that we have settled back to reality I am taking  this opportunity to thank you for all your help in making the cruise the best cruise holiday anyone could ever have. Everything went according to plan. There were no hiccups. The Diamond Princess was spectacular and the day excursions were amazing. So on behalf of the four of us I say thank you for everything and we will contact you when we decide to cruise again.

I wanted to write and pass on my sincere thanks for the assistance your office recently provided with our family trip to NZ.
 
Shannon has been such a great help in planning our trip and always ensured that someone else was available to assist if she wasn’t. For this trip I booked our flights and most of the accommodation online, and Shannon assisted with the travel insurance, accommodation in Sydney and Christchurch and all of our activities.
 
It was so easy to plan everything with Shannon’s assistance and willingness to help.
 
On the day we were leaving Townsville, when we got to the airport we were advised that the Sydney airport was closed due to the ash cloud.  We had to have our flights re-routed (which Virgin helped with ) and Shannon was on the phone with us arranging a change in accommodation and ensuring everything else was ok. 
 
When we were close to landing in Christchurch they experienced yet another earthquake and our flight was re-routed to Auckland! A few days later when I logged on to our email, it was lovely to see an email from Shannon checking how things were going, did we need any help, what happened with the earthquake... it was great follow up!
 
I will come in and see Shannon now that we are back, but wanted to ensure that you had my feedback about the great service! This is the 2nd time I have used your office for a holiday and will be talking to Shannon soon about our next one! I recommend your office to all our family and friends and really appreciate the personalised service from your staff.
 
If you have an employee of the month award, I’d like to recommend Shannon!

G’Day Holger,
We received your postcard welcoming us home from our holiday, we both agree that the content of our holiday was wonderful, although the flying time took a bit out of us.  We were impressed with most ports of call with the exception of Alexandria (wasn’t keen on Cairo either).  We were impressed with the beautiful ancient architecture in Rhodes and Malta, overall the cruise line and cruise was great.
When we have the opportunity to travel overseas again we’ll give you a call, again thanks for all your assistance.
